2.What is a forum?
   A forum is an area where users share thoughts, ideas, or help by posting text messages. Forum are      different from chats because it can be read at any time. People that use it exchange information or      ask questions.
 
3.What is a blog?
   A blog is a website where people update things they would like to talk about and expressing things      they would like ton share with the world.

4.What is a micro blog?
   A micro blog is a social media site where people post frequently. They post short messages to             others subscribers of the services. For example businesses and factories talk about their product and try to explain weather they would like to see to see things like that in the future.

5.What is a chat-room?
   A chat room is a website where users can communicate about one particulate topic. Users from all      around the world use and find it really useful.

6.What is a WEB1.0 and an WEB2.0?
    Web1.0 does not allow users to add or modify information containing the web site. Web2.0                 describes world wide web sites that use technology beyond the static pages.

What is a browser?

A browser is a internet icon that you go into to search for things, for example; Google, Firefox, Safari, Internet explorer... If you did not have a browser you would not be able to assess the internet and search for what you wanted.

What is a Webpage?

A webpage is when you type in what you want and it comes up with lots of information and website pages you could visit to find what you want. For example; www.google.co.uk

What is the Internet?

The internet is a webpage that you can search things on through the webpages online.

What is a Deep Web?

A deep web is a website that has been blocked that need a password to use. For example; smooth wall.

What is a Visible Web?

A visible web page is all the home pages.

What is a search engine?

A search engine is the content of the internet.

What is a URL?

A URL is a universal resource locator and what it does it locates the website you are searching for.

What is a HTML?

A HTML is a web address that you can search your websites and it will come up straight away with what you have searched for.

My new project

I'm going to be writing about my favorite bands and artists i listen to.I will make a fact file of
 all the different  artists, it will be on power point and it will be similar to a fan website but not as close.

The reason i chose this topic is because i love music and i love listing to it and it just makes me feel really happy when i am in a bad mood or when i'm stressed. This is a fun project to do because it is my life and i love doing things like this.

All of the pages will have a different kind of subject like on one page it will have pictures and on the others there will be facts like:
-What there names are 
-Where they live 
-When they where born
-There songs.......

My audience it based on teenagers my age because there the kind of people that listen to this type of music. I don't think that kids under the age of 13 will be interested in this sort of music and will find this fascinating, they may not even know what i am talking about. 

In this project i will be making sure that people find this interesting and that they get drawn to read it. Colors will be added so that it is eye catching, i will be adding interesting facts but also some fun facts so they don't find it so boring to read. I will add pictures and you tube clips so that they can see the music and see if that like that style and type of songs the artists have wrote.

URL activity

The first part of a web address is always ___Http___. This is the set of rules that allows a computer to read a website. Sometimes it has the letter ‘s’ at the end. The ‘s’ stands for ___Secure____. It is important to look for secure websites when shopping or ___banking___.

__www___ is not always used now, but at one time this was  standard in almost all web addresses. The next part of the address is called the ___domain___ name. This is owned by the organisation, examples of these are ___google___ and __manutd__.

 The last part of the address can help us to identify what kind of person or company owns the website. Some domain types are: __.org__, which stands for organisation; ___.com___, which stands for company; and__.net__, which stands for network of computers. If the site has originated in France we would expect to see __.fr__ at the end of the address, if from the UK we would expect to see __.uk__.

I choose this logo because it is really girly and eye catching, lots of girl would find this logo really a colorful but the music on the website is not just for girls but for a gender and age. For example; Male, Female,60 years old, 10 years old...The types of songs on this website it classical,rock,pop,rap,punk,hip hop.....
